Café Manager (Maldives)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
2. Strong leadership and customer service skills
3. Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily operations
4. Good communication and problem-solving abilities
5. Barista training and coffee preparation experience are mandatory
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily restaurant operations
2. Supervise and train staff
3. Ensure excellent customer service
4. Monitor inventory and control costs
5. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
6. Support and oversee coffee and beverage operations
