FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy new web, desktop, and mobile applications from initial requirement gathering through to final production and end-user support.
• System Ownership: Take over, refactor, and successfully maintain existing legacy codebase and in-house systems to ensure long-term stability and performance.
• Enterprise Reporting & Analytics: Drive the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Group’s centralized Reporting Module and create advanced data analytics within the SAP Business One ecosystem.
• Team Collaboration: Extend hands-on technical support and mentorship to fellow team members when and where required to achieve common sprint goals.
• User Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and deliver high-quality technical support to business users to maximize application adoption and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Agile Execution: Actively participate in project planning, documentation, code reviews, and architecture discussions while ensuring compliance with engineering best practices.
• Dynamic Alignment: Perform any other specialized technical tasks assigned by the seniors and executive leadership in the reporting line.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of proven professional experience in software development.
• Enterprise Savvy: Solid familiarity or direct experience working with enterprise ecosystems, custom API integrations, and data extraction pipelines.
• Full-Stack Capabilities: Strong understanding of frontend UI/UX, backend service architecture, security/authentication frameworks, database modeling, and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to gather unstructured business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into clean, well-documented, and production-ready code.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional analytical skills.
• Oracle Apex: Knowledge on Oracle Apex reporting system will be an definite advantage.
