Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Welder to perform welding and metal fabrication tasks in support of fire safety system installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, structural integrity, and compliance with safety standards.

– Salary: MVR 8,000/- – MVR 10,000/- (negotiable based on qualification and experience).

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication as per project specifications and drawings.
– Assist in installation of fire safety structures, supports, brackets, and related equipment.
– Maintain and inspect welding tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
– Follow technical instructions from Site Supervisors, Engineers, or Senior Technicians.
– Ensure all welding work complies with company quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
– Keep a clean and organized workspace; properly store materials and equipment.
– Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or technical issues promptly.
– Collaborate with technicians and other team members on project tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:
– 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in industrial or construction environments.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary & Benefits:
– Salary: MVR 8,000/- – MVR 10,000/- (negotiable based on qualification and experience).
