Marketing & Branding Executive

Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) invites applications from creative, innovative, and results- oriented professionals for the position of Marketing & Branding Executive under the Euphoria Ceylon & One stop shop Programme.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication,  Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Relevant experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management, website management, content development and promotional activities.

Language Proficiency

• Excellent command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Age

• Preferably below 35 years.

Duty Station

• The selected candidate will be based in Colombo and will be required to undertake travel as necessary for promotional campaigns, events, partner meetings, and field documentation activities.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing and branding content.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online communication strategies.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
• Good photography, graphic design, multimedia, or content creation skills will be an added advantage.
