TRAINEE ASSOCIATE – HUMAN RESOURCES (HEAD OFFICE)
YOU WILL,
Be accountable on end to end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, on boarding, and induction.
Update Talent Acquisition related data bases on a timely manner.
Assist on updating HR portal with related information.
Support L&D vertical while coordinating training programs.
Update the training data base and follow up related payments with Finance.
ARE YOU ?
Graduate or final year undergraduate in Human Resource Management or related qualifications.
Minimum 06 months of experience working in the field of HR.
Independent and works with minimum supervision.
A proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications.
