The Successful Candidate should have
- A Sound Educational Background with A Minimum of One (1) Year of Experience in A Similar Position
- Age Below 35 Years
- A Pleasant Personality with Excellent Public Relations and Communication Skills
- Proven Ability to Coordinate and Manage All Banquet Functions
- Effectively Strong Commitment to Maintaining the Highest Standards of Quality,
- Presentation, Service, And Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to Train, Motivate, Supervise, And Lead Subordinates to Achieve Operational Excellence
- Capability to Work Under Pressure and Manage Multiple Events
