EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION

Macksons Tiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd excels in crafting a diverse selection of floor tiles tailored for both commercial and residential applications. As Sri Lanka’s leading turnkey tile manufacturer, we emphasise elegance, aesthetics, and durability in every tile, ensuring exceptional quality throughout our product range.

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Executive – Production to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and manufacturing excellence.

COMPETENCIES

• Support day-to-day production activities to ensure operations run smoothly while maintaining expected efficiency levels.
• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules in line with operational requirements and delivery timelines.
• Help monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Contribute to identifying routine production issues and support the team in taking timely and appropriate corrective actions.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a smooth production flow, while supporting record-keeping and adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in physical science, Material science or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in ceramic-based industries would be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high accuracy and attention to quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management related software.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-Solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and additional hours to fulfill deadlines when required.
