Job Description
Our Resort Hotel is located down south in Hambantota with 54 rooms widely spread out on our 15-acre property. Surrounded by tropical lush garden offering peace, tranquility and with impeccable service. To be a part of our successful team we’re now on the lookout for suitable individuals for the following vacancies below:
HR Executive
- Experience more than 3 years in similar capacity in a hotel in Sri Lanka
- Qualified with relevant degree and understands the Sri Lankan Labor Law thoroughly
- Maintain and Prepare HR related documents, employment contracts and attendance support the management.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Will follow and execute any other tasks assigned by the Management
- All-rounder individual
The candidates must have minimum of three years’ or more work experience in a resort hotel or 3 & 4 star graded hotels in Sri Lanka.
