We are Hiring Junior Executive – HR & Administration
Ceylon Eco Spices (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of premium Ceylon spices, with a head office in Colombo and state-of-the-art facilities in Mahiyanganaya and Naula. The company exports to 30+ international destinations and serves 200+ reputed global customers, and also has value-added and retail products under its own brand. We are a fast-growing Group looking for a Junior Executive – HR and Administration to join us and build a long-term career. The position is based at our factory located in Naula.
Key Tasks:
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll-related information, EPF / ETF, and other HR administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee welfare activities and factory administration.
- Coordinate with Head Office on HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Age below 30 years.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work in Naula
