Merchandiser

Role Overview

We are looking for Merchandisers to maintain shelf presence, product freshness, and visibility standards across our outlet network. This role is the face of our brands at the point of sale, ensuring our products are stocked, displayed, and presented to standard on every visit.

Key Responsibilities
-Visit assigned outlets on a set schedule to check stock levels and shelf presentation
-Ensure products are correctly displayed according to planogram and visibility guidelines
-Rotate stock to manage expiry dates and reduce wastage
-Set up and maintain point of sale materials, danglers, shelf strips, and promotional displays
-Report stock outs, damaged goods, and competitor activity to the sales and trade marketing team
-Support new product launches and in store sampling or promotional activities
-Maintain accurate visit records and photo documentation of outlet conditions
-Build good working relationships with outlet staff to secure preferred shelf space

Requirements
-Prior experience as a merchandiser or in a similar retail facing role is an advantage
Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for visit reporting (training provided)
Fluency in English is a requirement, basis understanding of Dhivehi would be a plus
