RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing leadership and support to production employees.
Ensure that the production team / subordinates are briefed and in alignment with organizational Cultural goals and Performance goals.
Coordinating with planning / stores / supply chain / maintenance / engineering / IT and employee services teams to facilitate a smooth process flow.
Gather and analyze data related to the production process, provide insights, recommendations.
Initiate implementations for improvements in any aspect in existing facilities. (ex: machinery, process, techniques)
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering.
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in the production field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams.
