Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Assistant to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the RPA team to identify automation opportunities, support bot performance, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing expertise in RPA technologies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA bots.
Monitor automated processes and report issues or exceptions promptly.
Document process workflows, automation requirements, and bot performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and automation needs.
Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure bot continuity and accuracy.
Support process analysis to identify automation opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for RPA solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in process automation and RPA technologies.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, databases, or SQL is an added advantage.
Flexibility to work according to standard U.S. business hours and calendar.
